Come join our team at Grace Assisted Living and Memory Care in Fruitland. We are a locally owned and operated business looking for compassionate individuals to join our team. Grace is looking for Office Assistant for our Fruitland location.

Pay range: $22-$24 (depending on experience)

We are hiring for the following schedules: TBD

Job duties:

Communication/coordination with external healthcare providers for resident care/services

Health information data entry

Clarifying MD orders, processing monthly cycle fill

Provide direct assistance to community Nurse

Maintaining a neat and organized office space

Assist with caregiver duties when required

Drive residents to medical appointments using the company van

Share on-call responsibilities with Administration

Qualifications:

Must have AL experience (5 years preferred)

Must have office experience (2 years preferred)

Must be organized and proficient with office apps and digital medical systems

Must be med certified

Must have a clean driving record
