POSITION TITLE: Bilingual Spanish Creator Marketing Coordinator

DEPARTMENT: Marketing

REPORTS TO: Manager, Marketing

Objective

Support the Marketing team in developing and managing creator partnerships by assisting with creator outreach, content coordination, and performance analysis, while contributing to the execution of creative and data-driven social media campaigns that strengthen brand presence and engagement across digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the creator collaboration development for TikTok and other social media platforms: identifying potential creators, outreach & pitching, contracting, onboarding, deliverable tracking, payment settlement, and maintaining the brand’s creator database & community.
Contribute to the development of tailored content plans and review creators contents to ensure creators’ high quality and on-brand content delivery.
Work with external creator agencies, ad hoc creator engagement and marketing initiatives and TikTok Shop operation.
Assist in creating both creator-facing and consumer-facing promotional materials
Analyze and share insights from top-performing creator videos and contribute to creator video briefs and sample story angles.

Qualifications:

Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with creators, agencies, consumers, and internal stakeholders.
Professional, polished, and confident presence with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the company positively in creator and business-facing interactions.
Outgoing, engaging, and relationship-oriented personality with the ability to build rapport, conduct outreach, and foster long-term creator partnerships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong networking, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, platforms, tools, and business processes.
Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and accountability; able to identify opportunities, solve problems, and take appropriate action with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, and evolving business environment where priorities may shift and new responsibilities may emerge.
Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to independently research solutions, anticipate needs, and drive projects forward.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and creator relationships simultaneously.
Adaptable and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment that requires flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to take ownership of results.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, Design, or related fields
0-1 year of experience in social media marketing, creator marketing, content production or related fields
A mix of creative instinct with data-driven mindset
Ability to turn consumer insight into product storytelling and marketing initiatives with strong writing skills
Understanding of current TikTok trends, viral video styles, and AI content generation tools
Creative thinking and ability to generate ideas alone or brainstorm with others

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related field
Master's degree preferred

Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
