This position performs a variety of routine clerical and administrative support duties in accordance with established policies and procedures. This position utilizes office technology and software to prepare documents, maintain records, process information, and provide support to faculty, staff, students, and the public. This position will support both our EOP (Educational Opportunity Program) office and our new ASAP (Advancing Success in Associate Pathways) office.
While most assignments follow established procedures, the successful candidate will exercise sound judgment in organizing work, prioritizing assignments, and completing tasks accurately and efficiently.
