About Us:

We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Consumer Loan Processor.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Consumer Loan Processor to provide clerical support to the Loan Center in performing various duties and special projects related to consumer loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Consumer Loan Originators and other personnel to ensure proper related documentation is prepared and/or provided.
Answer the telephone and respond to routine loan center or member inquiries related to loan balance and payoff requests.
Assist with the preparation of loan files and documentation.
Update and maintain financial statements, cash flow, and tax documentation in loan files.
Perform official notary service as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of similar or related experience.
Some familiarity with consumer lending laws and regulations, including compliance requirements preferred, but can be trained.
Customer service experience.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday Hours Possible 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM*
Will discuss further in interview.
