Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are a boutique luxury interior design firm creating thoughtfully curated, highly customized residences. We are seeking a talented Interior Design Drafter who is equally passionate about beautiful design and meticulous technical execution.

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to grow alongside our expanding firm. We are looking for someone interested in building a long-term career with us as responsibilities and opportunities evolve.

This is more than a drafting position—it’s an opportunity to collaborate with a creative team that values innovation, craftsmanship, and exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of their work, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys transforming inspired concepts into detailed, buildable realities.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture

● Minimum of 3 years of full-time professional experience in residential interior design or architecture

● Strong proficiency in drafting, construction documentation, and 3D modeling/rendering

● Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

● Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced studio

● Positive, collaborative attitude with excellent communication skills

● Passion for timeless, luxury residential design and custom detailing

Responsibilities

● Develop accurate and comprehensive floor plans and space plans

● Produce photorealistic 3D renderings and presentation visuals

● Create detailed interior elevations and architectural details

● Prepare complete construction document sets

● Develop custom millwork, cabinetry, and built-in details

● Produce and maintain FF&E schedules and specifications

● Coordinate drawing sets with consultants, contractors, and vendors

● Assist in resolving field conditions and design revisions throughout construction

● Maintain the highest standards of drawing quality, accuracy, and organization

● Support the design team from concept through installation
