A portfolio and resume of your design work must be sent, or we will not review the application.

This is for an inhouse position, not remote.

We are a fast paced, cutting edge Design Company, that is rapidly growing and we are looking for a full time in house Graphic Designer to join our design team in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Candidate will be designing VEHICLE WRAPS, LOGOS, WALL WRAPS, BUSINESS CARDS, FLYERS & more. Candidate must be proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop, and be a very detail oriented, creative, artistic designer. Our designers directly interact with the clients, so good communication skills are needed, as well as the motivation to strive for perfection and meet required deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction. There will be some occasional weekend work, so we need our designers to have a flexible schedule. PRIMARY DUTIES:

-Work directly with the team and clients

-Work closely with management staff to provide mock ups and designs

-Work within a team oriented and collaborative environment

-Adhere to corporate style and design guidelines

-Adhere to department development guidelines and procedures

-Provide regular updates on status of projects, enhancements, and incidents

-Communicate directly with clients

-Train new incoming designers

-Create processes and procedures

-Assist design team

-Special Projects

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

-BS in Graphic Design preferred or equivalent work experience

-5+ solid years of experience as a Graphic Designer

-Demonstrates self-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance

-Able to complete assignments with minimal direction

-Excellent verbal and written skills

-Requires excellent analytical, problem solving, and communications skill·

-Must be proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop.

-Highly motivated, self-managed individual

-Works well under pressure

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

-Advertising design

-Vehicle Vinyl wrap design

-PC based design

-Sign shop or printer related designs
