SUMMARY

Technical position to support the data management aspects of the organization. This is an on-site (non-remote) position based at our Plano, TX headquarters location.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities (Include but not limited to)

Manage complex ETL and ELT processes which deliver data to various groups within the organization on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis
Monitor inputs and outputs to ensure integrity and timeliness of data loads
Refine and optimize data processes via automated validation, error handling and notifications
Develop and maintain database objects (procedures, functions, views, triggers) to assist with data management needs of the organization
Meet with management and other groups in the organization to gather business requirements for additional data needs
Collaborate with team members and management to achieve both short- and long-term data management objectives
Create and maintain web-based SSRS reports (including drill-down, drill-through, parameterized, sub-reports) and managing report subscriptions
Provide ad-hoc reporting as requested by the business area

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, MIS, Accounting or Finance preferred)
At least 5 years Development experience
At Least 5 years SQL Server experience
At Least 5 years SSIS experience
At Least 5 years Visual Studio experience
Working knowledge of programming languages for use in ETL scripts tasks
Experience with nested parent-child package configurations, config files, expressions, and a wide variety of data sources (flat files, spreadsheets, databases, APIs, etc.)
Well-versed in various approaches of storing data in relational databases
Equally able to work both independently and collaboratively
Ability to be flexible and multitask in a work environment with rapidly changing needs
