Life Insurance Sales Apprentice – Learn the Business, Build Your Income No Experience Required

Most people never consider insurance because they think it requires experience they don't have. The truth is, this opportunity was designed for people starting from zero who want to build something real.

We're hiring Insurance Sales Apprentices looking for a structured path into one of the most stable, high-earning industries out there. You'll get step-by-step guidance through the licensing process, hands-on training in our products and sales process, and you'll be connected with people already looking for help.

This is commission-based with a flexible schedule, which makes it a fit for anyone who wants to keep their current income while building a new one on the side. The ceiling is whatever you decide it is.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $110,000 to $198,000+

Compensation:

$112,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients to understand their life insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
Participate actively in training sessions to master the sales process and product knowledge.
Collaborate with experienced team members to refine your sales techniques and strategies.
Utilize the provided resources to complete the licensing process efficiently and effectively.
Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with prospective clients to discuss their insurance options.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide clients with the best advice possible.

Qualifications:

No experience required.
Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating a people-first approach.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in virtual settings.
Proven track record of learning new skills quickly and applying them successfully.
Strong organizational skills to manage client interactions and follow-ups.
Willingness to participate actively in training sessions and embrace feedback.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling and client management is a plus.
