Full Job Description

Job Summary
Remote Medical Director need to work around 2 hours a week remotely,

doctor need to have a PC or PLLC or Practice license in New York,

the doctor need have Medicare and Medicaid contracts.

Duties

Lead and supervise clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to established medical standards.
Oversee utilization management processes to optimize patient outcomes and resource allocation.
Collaborate with healthcare management to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
Conduct regular reviews of medical records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
Facilitate clinical development initiatives, including research projects aimed at improving patient care and outcomes.
Provide guidance on complex clinical cases and support staff in decision-making processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in anatomy and healthcare practices to inform clinical strategies.
Manage project timelines and deliverables related to clinical operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in a relevant specialty.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a hospital or healthcare setting.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
In-depth knowledge of clinical standards, utilization management, and healthcare regulations.
