ART GALLERY TEAM — CRUISE SHIP POSITIONS
NCL Pride of America | At Sea

IMPORTANT — SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We are seeking candidates with a strong sales background. High end sales experience preferred, sales experience a must. We welcome applications from candidates whose track record demonstrates the ability to close high-value sales, along with any background in art or luxury retail. Candidates who can show a proven record of high-end or luxury sales will be given priority consideration.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $30,000 – $150,000 per year
Uncapped commission structure with achievable sales goals
Free room & board — food and accommodation fully provided

Art Gallery Sales Director — Requirements

High end sales experience preferred, sales experience a must
Luxury sales or art sales experience required
Art gallery sales experience strongly preferred
Willingness to work aboard a cruise ship for 2–3 months at a time

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the curation and presentation of art exhibitions on board
Manage and direct the artistic vision and strategy for onboard galleries
Collaborate with cruise line management to plan and execute art events and auctions
Lead and mentor the gallery team to ensure high standards of service and presentation
Conduct art auctions (full training provided)
Develop and maintain client relationships throughout each cruise
Coordinate the installation and maintenance of art pieces throughout the ship
Ensure all exhibitions and events comply with safety and maritime regulations
Innovate and implement creative concepts to enhance guest experience
Socialize with top clients, attend dinners, and join excursions to build rapport
One-on-one, high-end sales closing
Deliver art enrichment seminars (training and materials provided)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
