Unlike most enrollment positions designed to maximize numbers, this role is designed to uphold rigor.

Alpha is constructing a school model of exceptional ambition. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. Students reliably outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable evidence. Afternoons are dedicated to depth, autonomy, and practical capability development. The model delivers results. But sustained success depends entirely on enrolling the right families. That responsibility is yours.

You will control the complete admissions process for a campus, beginning with application and concluding with enrollment. This is not a coordination role. You define how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether their enrollment decisions are grounded in genuine fit. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when circumstances warrant it. The objective is not filling seats. The objective is mutual alignment.

We welcome candidates from high-caliber service backgrounds outside conventional education settings: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership organizations, or owner-operators who have independently managed high-stakes client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a detailed, multi-phase process with sound judgment, transparency, and accountability. What you will be doing

Directing the entire enrollment experience for prospective families, spanning initial contact through onboarding completion.
Facilitating needs-based conversations to evaluate compatibility before offering solutions or suggesting subsequent actions.
Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across varied enrollment stages, maintaining transparent tracking of status and follow-up requirements.
Facilitating campus tours, shadow day experiences, and enrollment conversations that articulate outcomes, expectations, and the model's intended audience with precision.
Ensuring CRM and enrollment data accuracy (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and sustained service excellence.

What you will NOT be doing

Employing transactional sales approaches or high-pressure conversion tactics.
Admitting families with poor alignment solely to reach enrollment targets.
Supervising a sizable team or operating within complex hierarchical approval structures.
Distributing responsibility for the family journey across multiple roles or departments.
Working remotely. This position requires campus presence by design.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver a selective, trust-centered enrollment process that successfully converts compatible families while safeguarding the operational integrity and academic performance standards of the Alpha model.

Candidate Requirements

3+ years providing premium, individualized service in contexts where service caliber directly shapes brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner-operated service businesses).
Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process spanning initial inquiry through final onboarding.
Track record managing 20+ simultaneous client, guest, or family interactions across multiple stages, supported by an organized tracking and prioritization methodology.
Capacity to supply specific examples of consultative judgment, including instances where you advised against your own product or service due to poor fit.
Professional writing experience engaging senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, or discerning clients.
Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Chicago, IL, Nashville, TN, Oklahoma City, OK, Tulsa, OK, or Southlake, TX.
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

Background in competitive private school admissions or selective program enrollment management.
Professional history in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level support functions.
Experience developing or enhancing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service quality benchmarks.
Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion alignment, not merely transaction velocity.
