Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Founder/Creative Director to lead the development and growth of an innovative organization. This pivotal role combines entrepreneurial spirit with strategic leadership, empowering the organization to achieve its mission through creative excellence and effective management. As the driving force behind the company's vision, you will shape its cultural identity, oversee strategic initiatives, and foster a collaborative environment that inspires teams and stakeholders alike. Your leadership will set the tone for innovation, sustainability, and impactful growth in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.

Duties

Develop and articulate a compelling organizational vision aligned with long-term strategic goals
Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive business strategies, including market positioning and brand development
Oversee all aspects of business management, including financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth
Manage executive-level teams across creative, operational, and administrative functions to foster collaboration and high performance
Cultivate relationships with board members, partners, donors, and community stakeholders to support organizational objectives and fundraising efforts
Drive business development initiatives to expand organizational reach, secure new partnerships, and explore innovative revenue streams
Supervise project execution from concept through delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity
Lead fundraising efforts for business expansion and development activities to ensure financial stability and growth opportunities

Skills

Extensive experience in corporate strategy development with a proven track record of executing strategic plans successfully
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing executive teams and fostering a collaborative work environment
Expertise in business management including financial oversight, budget management at an executive level, and resource planning
Deep understanding of nonprofit financial management principles when applicable, ensuring compliance and fiscal responsibility
Skilled in strategic planning processes that align organizational goals with actionable steps for growth
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, creativity, and building impactful organizations from the ground up
Proven ability to manage relationships with board members while collaborating effectively across diverse teams
Experience in fundraising for business development purposes including grant writing, donor engagement, and sponsorship acquisition
Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles with supervising experience across multiple departments or functions
Strong management skills with the ability to inspire teams, oversee projects, and ensure alignment with organizational vision
Excellent communication skills coupled with strategic thinking to navigate complex challenges confidently
