Marketing Consultant Expert – AI Trainer

Job Summary

In this role as a Marketing Consultant Expert supporting AI Training and evaluation initiatives, you will apply your expertise in marketing strategy, analytics, communications, and consulting to help improve next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world marketing insights and business decision-making frameworks.

This is an hourly-paid contract opportunity, not a traditional full-time marketing consulting position. Contributors will work on project-based AI training tasks while collaborating remotely with distributed teams in a flexible work environment. No prior AI experience is required — your marketing expertise is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze complex marketing datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
Contribute to AI training and evaluation projects through marketing reasoning tasks, response evaluation, rubric development, and related workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and improve AI-generated marketing content, recommendations, and analytical outputs.
Create detailed rubrics, frameworks, and evaluation methodologies using marketing expertise to assess model performance and campaign effectiveness.
Provide strategic guidance on marketing best practices, customer acquisition, brand positioning, campaign optimization, and growth initiatives.
Deliver clear, professional written and verbal feedback to support AI model improvement and project objectives.
Stay informed about marketing trends, emerging technologies, digital channels, and AI developments relevant to the industry.
Continuously refine evaluation approaches and consulting methodologies to maximize project impact and quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, consulting, growth marketing, or a related discipline.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, campaign measurement, performance evaluation, and consulting methodologies.
Strong understanding of marketing metrics, customer acquisition strategies, conversion optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach to work.
Ability to work independently in a remote and distributed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

7+ years of professional experience in marketing consulting, strategic marketing, growth, or related fields.
Experience working with AI-powered marketing platforms, automation tools, or marketing technology solutions.
Advanced certifications in digital marketing, marketing analytics, data analytics, or AI applications in marketing.
Familiarity with AI model evaluation or AI training-related marketing tasks is a plus.
