Full Job Description

Ampak Company is a growing importer and distributor of food ingredients serving customers across North America. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This position supports order fulfillment and customer account management while working closely with the Sales, Operations, Imports, Quality Assurance (QA), and Logistics teams to ensure customer orders are processed accurately, delivered on time, and supported by all required documentation, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate is organized, technically capable, quick to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This junior-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in customer service, supply chain operations, food ingredient distribution, and business processes while contributing to the success of a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Enter and manage customer orders within NetSuite from order receipt through fulfillment

· Verify pricing, inventory availability, lead times, and shipping requirements

· Serve as the primary day-to-day support partner for the Sales team, providing order status updates, customer account information, inventory insights, and assistance with customer requests

· Work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure customer expectations, pricing agreements, and delivery requirements are accurately communicated and executed

· Provide order confirmations, shipment notifications, and delivery updates

· Maintain accurate customer, product, pricing, and order records

· Collaborate with Operations regarding inventory levels, production schedules, and inbound shipments

· Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure specifications, certificates, and compliance documents are complete and accurate

· Assist with lot tracking, traceability, and import documentation requirements

· Investigate order discrepancies and customer concerns
Coordinate resolutions with internal teams and escalate issues when necessary

· Support initiatives that improve order accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Core Skills

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

· Ability to learn new software and business systems quickly

· Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn

· NetSuite or ERP experience is a plus

Work Location

This role offers flexibility, with the option to work fully remotely for those candidates who are not local.

Job Type: Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)

Compensation:$65,000–$75,000 annually based on experience, plus a discretionary bonus based on company performance and individual performance.
