Full Job Description

Document Control Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Coordinator to support quality and compliance initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for managing, maintaining, and controlling critical quality documentation to ensure compliance with established quality management systems and applicable regulatory requirements.

Shift: First Shift

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and issue controlled documentation, including site logbooks, tracking spreadsheets, and production-related records.
Prepare, distribute, and maintain master production, batch, cleaning, and sanitation documentation, performing record reviews as required.
Organize, maintain, and archive quality records in accordance with document retention policies.
Coordinate updates to customer specifications and maintain both electronic and hard-copy master files.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation is accurate, current, and readily accessible.
Administer document creation, revision, approval, and distribution processes in accordance with established document control procedures.
Evaluate documentation for compliance with quality system requirements and communicate discrepancies or required corrective actions to appropriate personnel.
Monitor documentation processes to support ongoing compliance and recommend process improvements when opportunities are identified.
Assist with additional quality, compliance, or administrative projects as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; additional education or experience in document control, quality assurance, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in a manufacturing, quality, or regulated environment is advantageous.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, business correspondence, and regulatory requirements.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels.
Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and Google Workspace; experience with document management systems is a plus.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
