Regional Account Manager – Extruded Plastic Sheet

About this Opportunity:

Seeking motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, growing accounts and driving results in a dynamic and growing organization.
Selling into industrial distributors and plastics processors client base, you will research markets and applications for extruded plastic sheet and use your sales acumen to develop new opportunities.
Develop and grow relationships with key accounts while delivering exceptional customer experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to conversion.
Analyze customer needs and recommend value-added products and solutions to drive customer growth and retention.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to build relationships and expand market presence.

Qualifications:

2+ years of professional sales experience with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the plastics industry, especially sheet/tube/rod, is highly preferred.
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of college education.
Ability to travel to customers as needed up to 50%.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously.
Experience with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
Ideal locations within one of the following U.S. states: WI, MN, IL, IA, MO, LA, TX, OK, KS, NM, CO, UT, WA, or OR.
