Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the implementation of key project deliverables. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about driving results.

Responsibilities

Drive project deliverables in alignment with defined business objectives and project charters.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, including task definitions, timelines, and resource allocation.

Engage and inform key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Hold team members accountable for their contributions and provide coaching as needed.

Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to ensure success.

Facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding project status and updates.

Transition project outcomes into daily business operations upon completion.

Skills

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Ability to adapt to changing environments and navigate ambiguity.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Capability Maturity Model integrated (CMMi) methods.

Background in business, finance, or a related field.

Proven leadership experience in guiding teams towards successful project outcomes.
