Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary

The purpose of this position is to provide editorial cartoons for each edition of Del Mar’s student newspaper, the Foghorn News.

Minimum Qualifications

Current Del Mar College student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours while employed.

Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with a college publication or other news publication preferred.

Experience in art preferred.

Create editorial cartoons for each edition of Del Mar College’s Foghorn News.

Job Duty

Create other illustrations as needed to accompany news and entertainment features both in the print and online editions.
