Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Editorial Coordinator to join our vibrant content team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the seamless development, editing, and management of engaging content across multiple platforms. Your passion for storytelling, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational skills will help elevate our editorial standards and ensure every piece aligns with our brand voice and editorial guidelines. Duties

Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of editorial projects to meet deadlines and quality standards
Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, tone, style, and adherence to editorial guidelines such as AP style and Chicago Manual of Style
Conduct thorough fact-checking and research to ensure content credibility and accuracy
Collaborate with writers, journalists, and subject matter experts to develop compelling stories that resonate with target audiences
Manage content within content management systems (CMS), ensuring proper formatting and organization
Oversee copy editing tasks including grammar, punctuation, style consistency, and technical accuracy
Support storytelling initiatives by providing creative input and refining content for maximum engagement
Maintain editorial project timelines, track progress, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

Proven experience in content writing, copywriting, or editorial project management in a professional setting
Strong understanding of editorial guidelines such as AP style, Chicago Manual of Style, and technical writing standards
Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail
Proficiency in research techniques and fact-checking processes
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and word processing tools
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—to collaborate effectively across teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output
Creative storytelling skills combined with strong editing expertise
Experience with proposal writing and content development for diverse audiences
Knowledge of journalism principles, editing techniques, and content strategy is highly desirable
