Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of freight brokerage experience

About the Opportunity

England Logistics, a nationally recognized leader in third-party logistics (3PL), is seeking seasoned freight brokers to join our Authorized Freight Agent Program. This is a unique opportunity to align your independent freight business with a full-service logistics powerhouse—giving you access to expansive resources, cutting-edge technology, and a robust support infrastructure while maintaining the autonomy of your own operation.

If you have a proven track record in FTL, LTL, or Parcel brokerage, and a current book of business, this partnership is designed to help you scale your success.

What You’ll Do

Operate as an independent contractor and freight agent under England Logistics
Leverage our national carrier network to secure competitive rates and reliable service
Manage and grow your book of business across multiple freight modes: Dry Van, Flatbed, Reefer, Specialized, Parcel
Utilize England Logistics’ back-office support for credit checks, collections, claims, and legal services
Access innovative tools including McLeod Software, EDI integration, and real-time load tracking
Collaborate with dedicated Agent Service Representatives and Sales Business Development Coaches
Participate in exclusive events like the annual Agent Conference to network and learn from industry leaders

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of freight brokerage experience
Proven success managing a book of business with consistent monthly GP
Experience in Full Truckload (FTL), Less-than-Truckload (LTL), and/or Parcel
Strong negotiation skills and carrier relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow and scale
Comfortable working independently while leveraging team support
