Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This pivotal role combines innovative business development, robust sales management, and impactful marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for building strong client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize sales performance. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will shape the future of our sales and marketing endeavors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across multiple channels, including outside sales and enterprise accounts.
Lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on results and continuous improvement.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and strategic partners through effective negotiation and account management.
Oversee business development efforts in B2B environments, identifying new market opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
Implement and utilize advanced sales management systems such as Salesforce Cloud, analytics tools, and reporting platforms to monitor performance metrics and inform decision-making.
Drive marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales growth through targeted campaigns.
Analyze sales data to develop actionable insights, forecast trends, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through deal closing while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product development, customer support, and corporate objectives.

Experience

Proven track record in managing large-scale sales teams within a corporate or enterprise environment specializing in technology or SaaS products.
Extensive experience in outside sales, B2B sales, business development management, and technical SaaS product selling.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing executive-level teams and developing high-performing sales management systems.
Expertise in negotiation, deal closing, account management, and customer service excellence.
Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform strategic decisions using analysis skills and business intelligence tools.
Familiarity with enterprise selling processes within a corporate or technology-driven environment is essential.
