The Digital Designer develops and executes digital and multi-channel creative assets that support the marketing objectives of Nationwide Marketing Group Members. This role partners with Account Managers, Digital Marketing Specialists, and customer Members to create compelling visual experiences that strengthen brand presence, support customer acquisition efforts, and drive engagement across digital and traditional marketing channels.
The Digital Designer independently manages assigned creative projects, translating marketing objectives into effective visual solutions while maintaining brand integrity and production quality. Through collaboration, creative problem-solving, and continuous improvement, this role contributes to scalable design processes that support a diverse portfolio of Member businesses and marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
Creative Design & Campaign Execution

Develops visual concepts and creative assets for digital, social media, email, website, landing page, display advertising, and print marketing campaigns.
- Designs campaign themes and creative materials that align with Member business objectives, brand identity, and target audience needs.
- Creates website and landing page mockups, user interface concepts, and production-ready assets for development teams.
- Produces graphics, promotional materials, animations, and other visual content that support integrated marketing initiatives.
- Applies established design principles, brand standards, and user experience considerations to deliver effective creative solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration

Partners with Account Managers and Digital Marketing Specialists to translate marketing strategies into visual concepts and campaign deliverables.
- Collaborates directly with Member businesses to understand brand requirements, gather feedback, and refine creative solutions.
- Presents design concepts and recommendations while incorporating stakeholder feedback into final deliverables.
- Coordinates with internal teams and external partners to support timely execution of creative projects.
Brand & Quality Management

Maintains compliance with manufacturer, vendor, and Member brand standards across all assigned creative projects.
- Reviews creative assets for visual consistency, accuracy, usability, and production readiness.
- Ensures creative deliverables meet established quality expectations, project requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Organizes and maintains design files, creative assets, and project documentation in accordance with team standards.
Continuous Improvement

Contributes ideas that enhance creative effectiveness, workflow efficiency, and customer outcomes.
- Stays current on emerging design trends, digital marketing practices, and creative technologies relevant to Member marketing needs.
- Participates in creative reviews, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving activities within the design team.
- Supports the development and refinement of scalable design processes, templates, and reusable creative assets.

Basic Qualifications:

Associate degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communications, Interactive Design, or a related field with four (4) years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Minimum two (2) years of professional experience in digital design, graphic design, marketing design, or a related creative discipline.
- Experience creating digital marketing assets across web, email, social media, display advertising, and print channels.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or comparable digital design platforms.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects within established timelines and quality expectations.
- Portfolio demonstrating design process, visual communication skills, and multi-channel marketing work.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in an agency, marketing services, membership organization, or client-facing creative environment.
- Experience designing websites, landing pages, and user interface concepts.
- Experience creating motion graphics, animated GIFs, video assets, or interactive digital content.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS concepts and digital production workflows.
- Experience supporting multiple brands or customer accounts simultaneously.
- Understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and user engagement principles.
Work Environment:
Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of the workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
