Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Kirkland, WA. This is an excellent entry-level career path for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail leadership, hospitality, recruiting, staffing, account management, operations coordination, or business development who wants to grow into a long-term recruiting and business development career.

This Talent Acquisition Coordinator role offers structured training, professional mentorship, and a clear promotional path within approximately 6 to 12 months. You will start by learning core staffing operations, onboarding, reporting, payroll support, customer service, and candidate communication. Over time, the goal is to develop into a revenue-generating recruiting and business development role.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, communicating with people daily, and being part of a team that invests in professional growth and rewards performance.

Key Responsibilities

Support onboarding activities for candidates, employees, and internal teams.
Assist with payroll-related processes, reporting, data entry, and maintaining accurate employee and candidate records.
Provide professional customer service support to candidates, employees, and business contacts.
Learn recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing operations, and business development processes.
Communicate daily with candidates, employees, and internal team members to build strong working relationships.
Support day-to-day operational activities while developing toward a recruiting and sales-focused role.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $50,000 to $55,000 per year.
Starting compensation noted at $55,000 base.
Monthly performance bonuses of $100 to $200+ to start.
Full-time schedule.
On-site position in Kirkland, WA.
