Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Live Chat Operator to join our support team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating online, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and general questions
Assist customers with account-related concerns and basic troubleshooting
Document customer interactions and update records as needed
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful communication style
Follow company procedures and quality standards
Manage multiple chat conversations while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong written communication and typing skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

Technical Requirements:

Reliable internet connection
Computer or laptop with updated software
Comfortable using chat platforms, email, and online systems
Quiet and professional workspace

Pay: $19.00 - $35.00 per hour
