To ensure pedagogical excellence, she will manage a full-cycle development process-moving from initial construction through active classroom piloting and evidence-based refinement. This iterative approach incorporates direct feedback from stakeholders to guarantee that the final products are both classroom-practical and student-centric. Ultimately, Dr. Holzer will oversee the digital dissemination of these resources via The Office of the New Jersey State Climatologist website, acting as a key advocate for New Jersey’s climate literacy by providing schools statewide with open-access, professional-grade tools for environmental education.
