ABOUT ALL-AMERICAN EXPOSURE CAMP

The All-American Exposure Camp (AAE Camp) is an invite-only camp that offers athletes National Exposure, Football Training, and Life Skill Sessions for middle and high school athletes.

At AAE Camp, athletes learn from the best NFL, college and high school coaches to drastically improve their game. Participating in position-specific drills (QBs, RBs, WR/TEs, OLs, DLs, LBs, and DBs) and showcasing their talents by facing off against other top-tier athletes in one-on-ones, there is no better place to show out than at AAE Camp.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Job Title: Sports Events Fundraiser (4-6 Week Project)

Location: Remote/Contract

Job Type: Part-Time (Temporary)

Pay: Commission Based per Sales
Flexible 4 to 5-hour call shifts, Monday to Friday – Based on time zone
Day shifts only 8am-4pm-based on call log region, no nights or weekends.

About the Role:
We’re seeking enthusiastic and articulate recruitment professionals for a temporary 4-6 week project. Are you a driven, energetic individual with a passion for fundraising and creating memorable events? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as a Special Events Fundraiser. Our organization is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team and help us continue to make a positive impact in our community through exciting and impactful fundraising events. As a Sports Event Fundraiser, you will focus on making outbound calls to local and national businesses. The role is to confirm sponsorships for each AAE camp.

Responsibilities but are not limited to:

Develop and execute successful fundraising events from start to finish, including event planning, budgeting, marketing, and logistics
Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, vendors, and community partners
Identify new opportunities for fundraising and engage with potential donors
Track event expenses and revenues to ensure events are financially successful and within budget
Collaborate with other departments and staff to ensure successful events and positive outcomes
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure all event details are executed effectively and efficiently
Provide regular event progress updates to the management team

Sports Event Fundraiser Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in event planning or fundraising
Proven track record of successful fundraising events
Strong network within the community and ability to engage stakeholders
Creative problem-solving skills
Proficiency in event management software and CRM systems
Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously
Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills
Advanced knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies
Bachelor's degree in marketing, fundraising, event planning, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, fundraising, or a related field
Proven track record of successfully organizing and executing successful fundraising events
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong project management and organizational skills
Familiarity with fundraising software and tools
Passion for fundraising and creating memorable events

Qualifications:

At least 21 years old.
2+ years of sales experience (call center or in-home sales preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an energetic attitude.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

Tech Requirements:

Reliable internet connection.
Dedicated, noise-free workspace.
Access to a computer or laptop and a cell phone.
