LaMuse Jewelers is looking for an experienced Luxury watchmaker!

LaMuse is family owned and operated, founded by a jewelry industry veteran and a professional race car driver! We have more than 15 years of quality service in the Palm Beach Area jewelry business!

Experienced Luxury Watchmaker Wanted

Position: Senior Watchmaker – Luxury Timepieces

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced watchmaker to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience servicing, diagnosing, restoring, and regulating high-end Swiss timepieces to manufacturer-level standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of professional watchmaking experience (10+ years preferred).

Proven experience servicing and repairing watches from leading luxury brands, including:

Rolex

Audemars Piguet

Patek Philippe

Richard Mille

WOSTEP, SAWTA, AWCI, or equivalent watchmaking certification preferred.

Strong understanding of modern and vintage mechanical movements, automatic calibers, chronographs, perpetual calendars, and complex complications.

Responsibilities

Perform complete movement overhauls, servicing, and restoration of luxury Swiss watches.

Diagnose mechanical, timing, amplitude, and performance issues.

Disassemble, clean, lubricate, assemble, and regulate movements to factory specifications.

Perform case and bracelet disassembly and reassembly.

Conduct water-resistance testing and quality-control inspections.

Service and repair automatic, manual-wind, chronograph, and complicated movements.

Fabricate or modify components when necessary.

Maintain detailed service records and repair documentation.

Ensure all completed work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and reliability.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has experience working for an authorized service center, manufacturer service department, or premier independent workshop and possesses a deep understanding of luxury watch construction and finishing. They take pride in precision workmanship, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional service on timepieces valued from several thousand dollars to well over six figures.

Experience with high-complication watches, skeletonized movements, tourbillons, annual calendars, perpetual calendars, minute repeaters, and Richard Mille calibers is highly desirable.

We are looking for a watchmaker capable of servicing everything from modern Rolex sports models to complicated Patek Philippe pieces and advanced Richard Mille movements with confidence and precision.
