JOB DETAILS

An Ohio healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim Director of Physician Recruitment!

The Position

The Interim Director of Physician Recruitment will oversee the day-to-day operations pertaining to physician recruitment throughout the organization.
The Interim Director will oversee current initiatives including assessments of employees, processes, and workflow while making suggested improvements. Additionally, this leader will be responsible for recruiter education, filling vacancies, and ensuring that the organization is properly staffed.
Seeking an experienced, visible leader with a strong physician recruitment background. Must have strong leadership skills while also being a collaborative leader.
Must be highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Physician recruitment experience is required.

Compensation Details

Compensation Range: $170,000 to $175,000 annually.
The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
