Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and service-oriented Facilities & Maintenance Associate to join our Facilities team at our New York City corporate headquarters. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and professional office environment while supporting the daily operational needs of our workplace.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and brings a positive attitude and friendly disposition to every interaction. Professional painting experience is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine office maintenance and general upkeep throughout the facility
Sweep floors and maintain cleanliness in common areas
Clean, maintain, and organize pantry areas and pantry appliances
Conduct nightly conference room cleaning and reset rooms for the next business day
Maintain and care for hard-surface flooring throughout the office
Assist the Facilities team with conference room setups and breakdowns for meetings and events
Support office desk moves, furniture relocations, and workspace reconfigurations
Identify and report maintenance issues requiring repair or escalation
Help maintain a professional, welcoming, and functional workplace environment
Assist with additional facilities-related projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Prior facilities, maintenance, janitorial, building operations, or related experience preferred
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, moving furniture, and standing for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and friendly, customer-service-oriented demeanor required
Professional painting experience is preferred

The compensation for this role is market competitive with a base salary range of $65,000-$75,000. We intend to offer the selected candidate a base salary within this range, based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to skill set, job-related experience, and location. In addition, we offer an annual discretionary incentive bonus and competitive employee benefits including: medical, dental and vision coverage; life, accident and disability insurance. Wolfe also offers paid time off packages that include vacation, sick days/leave, paid holidays and paid parental leave.
