About the Role

As Sales Associate you'll play a key role in helping customers protect what matters most -- whether that's family belongings, business inventory, or life's transitions. By ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming facility, you will provide peace of mind and exceptional service that customers can count on. This position combines leadership, customer care, and sales, and operations making you the face of our Santa Fe location.

Position Summary

We are seeking a personable, customer-focused Associate to oversee operations at our Santa Fe location. This role is ideal for someone with proven sales experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to interface with customers regularly while ensuring that the facility runs smoothly and profitably.

Responsibilities

Ensure a customer-first experience.
Manage Self Storage Operations.

· Oversee all aspects of rental activity, including greeting customers, showing units, and completing rental agreements.

· Manage facility cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.

· Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

· Sales & Marketing

· Drive occupancy by effectively marketing available units.

· Develop and execute local marketing efforts to attract new customers.

· Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.

Financial & Administrative

Oversee rent collections and daily cash handling.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Monitor expenses and contribute to budget management.

Qualifications

Required:
Proven track record in sales and customer service.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Strong computer proficiency.
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Professional communication skills and outgoing personality.
Ability to work in a team environment and work well with others.
Ability to pass a background check and a drug screening.
Preferred:
High School Diploma or GED.
1+ years of experience in customer service, property management, or retail sales.

Schedule & Compensation

Facility hours: Monday - Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Job Type: Part time - 16 hours per week - Friday and Saturday. Additional hours may be available occasionally.
Paid training provided.
Pay: Bi-weekly with performance incentives.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 per week
