We are looking for 2 PART-TIME OR 1 FULL-TIME Back Office Chiropractic Assistant to add to our team! Currently we need someone willing to travel between our Decatur and Madison offices on a set schedule. This will be a new position in the office as we are expanding and this requires flexibility.

We are a family practice that sees a lot of kids so being able to think fast on your feet, able to multi-task in a busy environment, and have a desire to SERVE families is a must!

Full-time hours are Monday-Friday 9:30AM-6:00PM with a lunch break 1-2pm. Once fully trained, most Fridays will be a half day outside of scheduled events.

Occasional evening/weekends for staff development workshops or marketing events will be required.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Assisting the doctor with patient care or any various tasks needed

Directing patient flow in the back office

Charting medical notes--Must be able to type well, accurately, and quickly!

Assisting with spinal exercises

Taking weekly pictures of our pregnant mamas

Vital signs/patient intake process

Daily keeping office tidy / Weekly deep cleaning office

Filing charts, copies, various computer tasks, various office tasks

Updating policies and procedures as needed

Assisting with planning and executing marketing events

No chiropractic experience is necessary, but customer service experience is desired. We train our Chiropractic Assistants in-house. Pay will be determined by amount of experience.
