Job Description:
- Can think critically in terms of outlines, chronologies, and indexes
- Is organized and keen to detail especially when it comes to legal documents
- Can attentively call clients and understand the efforts need to make sure the calls are processed well
- Has a pleasing personality and can sustain a great attitude during calls

-Can greet clients with a smile, joke and even a hug.

-Is a Team Player and willing to train and help others on his/her team
- An expert scheduler with attention to detail
- Well-versed in using Google calendar, Gmail, spreadsheets, MS Word, and the internet
- An awesome juggler of tasks, can adapt to changes, and process things fast without compromising quality
- Knows how to use scan, copy, and printing software and machine
- Preference given to fluency in Spanish and English
- Must be willing to work in the office from 9AM-5PM CST MONDAY TO THURSDAY

Our firm loves people! You should enjoy interacting with clients in person and social media. We have fun with Facebook and Tiktok videos and encourage our staff members to join in the creativity!

The ideal candidate should be able to issue spot, think creatively and analytically about collating and organizing cases about undocumented families. Strong writing experience is needed as well! This is a full-time job, so you absolutely must be able to work *in the office* for 30 hours per week. There is so much room to grow at this firm. I guarantee you won't be bored either!
