Full Job Description

Bric's Milano USA is a well-established and growing company with its main office in New York City.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our team.

If you are someone who thrives in dynamic settings, can grasp new concepts quickly, and has a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Infor, SAP, QuickBooks) and strong foundation in Excel.
Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills and a team player.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Associate or bachelor degree in Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
Run monthly commission reports for agents.
Record all accounting transactions in accordance with GAAP.
Assist in monthly and quarterly closing.
Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
