Understanding the Opportunity
The long-term sustainability and success of this business model depend on each consultant's ability to generate new client relationships and consistently serve those clients.
While our agency provides training, systems, mentorship, and operational support, consultants are responsible for creating and maintaining their own pipeline of prospective clients through personal marketing and business development efforts.
Lead Generation Expectations
Consultants are primarily responsible for generating their own client opportunities. Successful consultants typically utilize a combination of:
- Personal networking and referrals
- Community involvement and relationship-building
- Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and similar platforms)
- Professional networking groups and events
- Direct outreach and follow-up activities
- Purchasing leads from approved third-party lead vendors at the consultant's discretion
**The agency does not guarantee the provision of leads, appointments, or prospective clients. Consultants are expected to build and maintain their own client acquisition strategy.**
This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are comfortable promoting themselves, building relationships, and consistently engaging in prospecting activities.
Because compensation is commission-based, consultants must be able to both generate opportunities and effectively guide prospective clients through the decision-making process. Success ultimately depends on the ability to build trust, identify client needs, and help clients implement financial solutions that align with their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Prospecting & Business Development: Actively build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, social media marketing, lead generation activities, and other approved marketing methods.
- Client Consultations: Conduct virtual meetings via phone or video conferencing to assess clients' financial protection needs and goals.
- Financial Protection Planning: Utilize company-provided training and resources to recommend appropriate insurance and financial solutions tailored to each client's situation.
- Sales & Client Conversion: Guide prospective clients through the decision-making process and assist them in implementing financial products that best support their objectives. Consultants must be able to communicate value, build trust, and confidently present recommendations that lead to completed applications and policy placements when appropriate for the client's needs.
- Application Processing & Client Support: Accurately complete applications, maintain client records, and provide ongoing support through our digital platform.
- Professional Development: Participate in regular training sessions, coaching programs, and team development activities to enhance industry knowledge, marketing effectiveness, sales skills, leadership development, and business-building strategies.
Leadership & Business Expansion Opportunities
In addition to building a personal client base, qualified consultants may have the opportunity to expand their business by developing and mentoring other licensed agents.
As consultants gain experience and demonstrate consistent production, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to serving clients, they may become eligible for advancement opportunities that include:
- Mentoring and coaching new agents
- Assisting with onboarding and training efforts
- Building and leading a team of consultants
- Earning additional compensation through leadership and organizational growth programs, where applicable
Depending on qualifications, performance, and advancement level, consultants may also become eligible for additional compensation opportunities related to policy renewals, leadership development programs, organizational growth, performance bonuses, and other incentive-based programs offered by the agency and its carrier partners.
This opportunity is designed for individuals who aspire to grow beyond personal production and develop a scalable financial services business. Advancement is based on performance, leadership development, compliance standards, and business results.
While leadership opportunities are available, success at every level begins with the ability to consistently generate clients, provide quality service, and help clients implement appropriate financial solutions.
