We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Data Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting complex financial data, providing actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. Present findings and insights to management to facilitate informed decision-making
Monitor key financial metrics and prepare regular performance reports
Assist in the development of financial strategies and risk assessments
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making
Develop financial models and forecasts to project future performance
Monitor and interpret financial performance metrics and identify trends
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information
Support audits and prepare documentation as required
Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial efficiency and profitability

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
