Location: Remote - United States

Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

This role supports multiple small and midsize business clients by delivering accounting and bookkeeping services that help business owners maintain financial visibility and make informed decisions.

What You’ll Do

Manage accounting operations across multiple client engagements with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Handle reconciliations, payables, receivables, reporting, and month‑end close activities.
Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules that meet client and regulatory standards.
Serve as the primary client contact and lead onboarding for new engagements.
Monitor budgets and communicate capacity, service, or scope concerns proactively.
Maintain precise documentation and follow established processes to ensure audit readiness and continuity.
Use cloud‑based tools like QuickBooks, Canopy, Bill, and others, to deliver efficient, consistent service.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to clarify needs and resolve issues quickly.
Identify and share process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Uphold enTune’s standards of confidentiality, integrity, and excellence.
Support smooth transitions between team members and contribute to training and continuous improvement.
Stay current on accounting best practices, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience: 5–10 years of hands-on accounting experience, including advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (Enterprise and Online).

Schedule: Available Monday–Friday during Eastern Time business hours to support clients and team members.

Commitment: Begin at approximately 30 hours per week, ramping to 40 hours as business needs grow.

Collaboration: High emotional intelligence and a genuine ability to build trust and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Performance: Dedicated to delivering accurate, timely work that aligns with client expectations and engagement budgets.

Client Focus: Passionate about helping small and mid-sized businesses thrive through exceptional service and financial clarity.
