Full Job Description

Chief Stewarts/First Cooks are responsible for preparing meals for a crew size of 25 aboard a commercial fishing vessel in Alaskan waters, while maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the galley.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

· Planning, preparing, and serving three meals and three snacks a day

· Ordering food, coordinating with the purchasing department and ship stores

· Ensures that all safe food handling practices are strictly followed

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience serving groups of 25 people at sea.

Minimum 2 years relevant vessel experience
