About Rose's Reelz

Rose's Reelz is a growing video production, real estate media, and social media management agency. We help businesses show up professionally, tell their story on camera, and grow their presence online. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven, people-first Appointment Setter to help us connect with the right clients.

About the role

You will be the first voice potential clients hear from Rose's Reelz. Your job is to reach out to leads, have real conversations, qualify prospects, and book meetings with our sales team. You will work closely with our agency director and operations team to hit activity targets and help us grow our client roster.

This is a performance-driven role with a competitive hourly base plus commissions tied to real results.

What you will do

- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels to prospective clients

- Qualify leads based on defined standards and document all activity accurately

- Book and confirm meetings between qualified prospects and our sales team

- Track all calls, conversations, meetings booked, and meetings held in our shared tracker

- Maintain organized, accurate records of lead status and follow-up cadence

- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve outreach messaging and lead quality

Compensation

- Base pay: $21.00/hr, paid semi-monthly (15th and last day of each month)

- $15 per qualified meeting held (not just booked — the meeting must take place)

- 1% commission on collected revenue from one-off projects closed

- 2% commission on the first month's collected revenue for any MRR client closed (one-time)

- Commissions calculated monthly and paid on the 25th of the following month

What we are looking for

- Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, cold calling, or lead generation

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

- Proficient with Google Sheets, CRM tools, or similar tracking software

- Experience in creative services, media, real estate, or agency sales is a plus but not required
