Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef/ Culinary Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a culinary expert with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. In this role you will oversee all kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, training, scheduling, equipment and maintenance, sourcing, inventory, culture and team building. Applicant must be able to float to all of our locations to oversee operations hands on.

Duties
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities
- Develop and maintain menus that meet quality standards
- Oversee inventory control and ordering of supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Supervise kitchen operations for both regular dining and special events such as banquets and catering
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques and best practices

-Must have proven background of hands on kitchen leadership experience

Experience
- Proven experience working as a Chef in a casual dining restaurant or similar establishment
- Strong background in kitchen management, culinary arts, and food preparation
- Ability to lead a team effectively and maintain a positive work environment
- Experience in creating innovative dishes while maintaining cost control measures
