Full Job Description

Power Healthy Meals is one of Oʻahu’s fastest-growing healthy meal prep companies. We prepare thousands of fresh, high-protein meals every week to help busy professionals, athletes, families, and fitness enthusiasts eat healthier without sacrificing flavor.

We’re looking for motivated individuals who take pride in producing high-quality food and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Positions Available

Griddle Operator

Responsibilities:

Cook proteins and vegetables on commercial flat-top griddles
Monitor cooking temperatures and food quality
Maintain consistent portion sizes
Keep workstation clean and organized
Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Sauté Cook

Responsibilities:

Prepare meals using commercial sauté equipment
Cook recipes according to company standards
Maintain consistency across large batch production
Work efficiently while maintaining quality
Communicate with the kitchen team to keep production moving

Oven Operator

Responsibilities:

Operate commercial convection ovens
Roast, bake, and reheat products according to production schedules
Monitor cooking times and temperatures
Rotate products efficiently throughout production
Ensure products meet quality standards before packaging

Prep & Packaging Team

Responsibilities:

Portion proteins, vegetables, and carbohydrates accurately
Assemble meals according to production sheets
Seal, label, and organize finished meals
Maintain cleanliness and organization
Assist with ingredient prep as needed

Qualifications

Kitchen or food service experience preferred
Ability to stand for long periods
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude
Reliable transportation
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Team-oriented mindset
Food Handler Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
