Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Crew Member and become the heart of our fast-paced food service environment! In this energetic role, you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences by preparing delicious food, managing transactions, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space. Duties

Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately
Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
Handle cash and credit card payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures
Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and managing food safety protocols
Assist in food handling and preparation to meet quality standards and ensure timely service
Support team members in food service operations, including stocking supplies and managing food safety practices

Requirements

Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred
Knowledge of food preparation, food safety management, and sanitation standards
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication
Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending as needed
Experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is advantageous
