The ideal candidate:

· Is looking for a full time, year-round opportunity

· Demonstrates knowledge of New York or Connecticut foreclosure procedures

· Must be personable, positive, and a professional representative of the firm

· Is self-motivated, demonstrates initiative and eagerness to learn

· Possesses superior oral and written communication skills to communicate with clients, courts and opposing counsel

· Must have ability to meet deadlines and manage a high volume workload

· Should possess advanced computer skills; Word and Excel experience required

· Familiarity with Client Systems such as BKFS, Vendorscape, Tempo, etc.

· Has the ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments, and works well under pressure

· Must be a team player!
