Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front office operations, manage guest relations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality service. Your leadership will drive smooth check-in and check-out processes, coordinate reservations, and ensure that all guest needs are met with professionalism and warmth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills while fostering a welcoming environment for our guests.

Duties

Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and support to deliver outstanding customer service.
Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency using property management systems.
Manage reservations through hospitality reservation systems, accommodating special requests and optimizing room allocations.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Conduct night audits and reconcile daily financial transactions to maintain accurate records.
Maintain multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and uphold excellent phone etiquette to enhance client communication.

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a strong understanding of hotel management practices.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guests effectively.
Familiarity with property management systems.
Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence.
Strong communication skills for phone interactions, client communication, and team coordination.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous resort or hotel experience is advantageous; experience with night audit processes is a plus.
