Position Overview
The Technical Collection Management Officer (TCMO) works to evaluate data for dissemination to appropriate partners, assists in the drafting of reports, and interfaces with respective regional and subject matter experts with equities in the information being disseminated. The TCMO is available to field questions and to educate colleagues on the Sponsor's production cycle, the threshold for dissemination, product lines, and to troubleshoot dissemination-related questions as they arise.
The TCMO provides governance for technical collection, reporting and dissemination of products, provides strategic and tactical input and assessments as required, responds to customer requirements which can include an array of technical topics; creates sophisticated leads and proposals; provides expert knowledge of the technology and cyber industry; has a track record of effective business practices; provides excellent communications, via strong analytical, writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills; and follows established reporting policies.,
Required Skills
Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
