Olsten Staffing is Hiring for: Administrative Assistant (In-Office)
Florence, SC
$ 18.00/hour

Olsten Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a busy office environment. This position requires strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties
Heavy data entry and document management
Work extensively in Microsoft Excel on a daily basis
Organize and maintain files and records
Support daily office operations

Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is REQUIRED ✅
Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Comfortable navigating computer systems with little to no instruction
Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools
High attention to detail and accuracy
️
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated

Assessment Requirement:
Qualified candidates will be required to complete and pass Skille assessments prior to being submitted to the client

Preferred Skills:

Experience using Excel for formatting, data organization, and basic formulas
Prior administrative or office support experience

Additional Notes: This role is best suited for someone who is highly computer savvy and confident performing tasks such as copy/paste, formatting, and file management without training. The ideal candidate can quickly pick up systems and work independently.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
