Office Assistant (Entry-Level)

Job Summary

We are a small boutique law firm seeking an organized, dependable, and motivated Office Assistant to support our daily operations. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a professional office environment, and is eager to learn about the day-to-day operations of a law practice.

Our firm is dedicated to providing high-quality legal services while fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and exceptional client service. We value professionalism, efficiency, and teamwork, and we are looking for someone who shares those values and is excited to grow with our team.

Responsibilities

Support the firm's daily administrative and office operations.
Assist in implementing and maintaining office procedures and organizational systems.
Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff.
Organize and maintain client files, records, and other office documents.
Track, update, and organize data and project information.
Answer phones, greet clients, and assist with general office communications as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous clerical or administrative office experience is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus.
