Administrator

EXIT Realty South Central
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Alabama Preferred)
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Position Overview

EXIT Realty South Central is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to support our regional operations team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, strong communicator, and creative thinker who can work independently while meeting deadlines and supporting a variety of administrative, compliance, and operational functions.

Real estate, franchise, or related industry experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operations

Process and organize company paperwork and documentation
Maintain digital file management systems and records
Collect and organize onboarding information for new franchisees, agents, and team members
Draft agreements, correspondence, and administrative documents
Assist with special projects and day-to-day operational needs

Compliance & Documentation

Review documents for completeness and compliance with company requirements
Track missing documentation and follow up as needed
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Support compliance initiatives and reporting processes

Financial & Bookkeeping Support

Work closely with the bookkeeping team regarding invoices, balances, and account information
Assist with administrative financial recordkeeping
Track and organize payment-related documentation

Events & Communications

Assist with planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, training events, and company functions
Support webinar and virtual meeting logistics
Assist with email marketing campaigns and communications
Help manage registration lists, attendee information, and event materials

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

Adobe Acrobat PDF Editor
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
Zoom and Zoom Meetings
Email marketing platforms (Constant Contact or similar systems)
General proficiency with cloud-based software and online collaboration tools
