Full Job Description

The Design Studio Coordinator supports the Director of Design by coordinating design selections, maintaining the Design Studio, creating customer-facing design materials, and assisting with marketing initiatives that showcase our luxury homes and communities. This role combines interior design, organization, graphic design, and marketing to ensure a first-class customer experience while supporting the sales, purchasing, and construction teams.

Primary Responsibilities

Design Studio

Create Design Selection Books for inventory and presale homes.
Maintain an organized, clean, and inspiring Design Studio and showroom.
Research and present new design trends, colors, finishes, and products.
Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and sales representatives.
Help maintain digital libraries of finishes, products, and design assets.

Marketing Support

Build professionally branded Design Selection Booklets for homebuyers.
Assist with community brochures, feature sheets, and presentation materials.
Coordinate photography of Design Studio selections and completed homes.

Digital Content & AI

Create AI-generated interior and exterior renderings for marketing and sales.
Produce Canva and Adobe Creative Suite graphics for print and digital use.

Qualifications

Passion for interior design and luxury residential architecture.
Strong understanding of current home design trends, materials, and finishes.
Excellent eye for color, texture, proportion, and detail.
Proficiency in:
Canva
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Microsoft Office Suite
Experience creating marketing materials for both print and digital platforms.
Familiarity with AI image generation tools for architectural visualization is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Real estate, interior design, or residential homebuilding experience preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
