At Guerrilla Exteriors, we specialize in helping homeowners navigate the complex insurance claims process after weather damage with the use of next generation technologies and a premier understanding of customer and insurance needs. Our role is to educate, guide, and aid homeowners so they fully understand their options and receive proper coverage for legitimate damage.
Our team includes HAAG-certified inspectors trained to identify and document storm damage with precision and integrity. We are servicepeople, not just salespeople looking to land a job no matter what.
Important: We are not public adjusters, and we do not negotiate claims on behalf of homeowners. We operate fully within Arkansas regulations while providing expert guidance throughout the restoration process.
What You’ll Do
As a Weather Damage Specialist, your role is to:
- Identify homes potentially affected by storm damage
- Conduct roof and exterior inspections
- Educate homeowners on the insurance claim process
- Document damage clearly and professionally
- Guide homeowners through next steps
- Build trust and long-term relationships in the community
- Manage your pipeline from first contact to project completion
This is a field-based sales role, not a desk job.

Compensation

Experience Requirements
- No roofing or sales experience required
- Sales experience is a plus, but not necessary
- Must be willing to learn and apply training
