We are a growing, family-owned HVAC, plumbing, and septic company looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our office team. This is a fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers while helping keep our technicians and daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls and respond to emails professionally
Schedule service appointments and coordinate daily technician routes
Dispatch technicians and communicate schedule changes throughout the day
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after service calls
Maintain accurate customer records and update service software
Prepare work orders, invoices, and job documentation
Coordinate with technicians regarding parts, schedules, and customer needs
Process payments and assist with basic office administration
Support the management team with various administrative tasks
Help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Proficient with computers and able to learn scheduling/dispatch software
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, septic, or another home service industry is preferred
Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or office administration is a plus
